Graeme deals with franchising and the exploitation of intellectual property rights eg, licensing, sponsorship, merchandising and technology transfer.

His recent experience includes intellectual property exploitation and technology commercialisation work with PETRONAS in relation to their PETRONAS-Sauber Formula 1 Team, and advising PETRONAS on the design, build, low volume production and racing of its new Superbike in the World Superbike Championship.  This included negotiating and advising on:

• PETRONAS' rights as title sponsor
  
  
• its media and public relations contractual rights
  
  
• its merchandising rights, and
  
  
• its endorsement relationship with Carl Fogarty

Graeme also advises on general licensing and trade mark exploitation and protection issues.
