Recent experience includes the following:

• advising Dunlop Slazenger International Limited in respect of its Management Agreement and Endorsement Agreement with Jonathan Power
  
  
• advising Slazengers Limited on its International Trade Mark Licence Agreement granting third parties merchandise rights to use the "Slazenger" and "Panther" device for sports related merchandise and products
  
  
• preparing the necessary documentation for PETRONAS in respect of its Sponsorship Agreement and Merchandise and Endorsement Agreements in connection with its new Superbike Racing Team competing in the World Superbike Championship
  
  
• advising i-group on the proposed sponsorship by its subsidiary, Midland & General, of Wolverhampton Wanderers FC
  
  
• working with ISBA on the creation of their model Team Sponsorship Agreement.
